Sci|Per|Con

We are fresh start-up focusing on administrative support to ambitious research projects. Our primary goal is to effectively assist to scientists from all around the world to obtain scientific permits they need.

The regulated access to genetic resources (Nagoya protocol) became a burning issue for many biologists working with genetic material that originated from abroad. Missing IRCC, PIC, or MAT documents may cause complications in the article reviewing process or future funding. In some cases, violation of Nagoya protocol may lead even to international arbitration.

Therefore, two young biologists with extensive experiences from many fieldworks and expeditions decided to help all other researchers facing the obstacles of the new regulations.

The Founders

Barbora and Petr are both involved in the biological research at Czech University of Life Sciences Prague and having extensive experiences with scientific research abroad.

Barbora participated on the research of plant molecular bar-coding. She experienced the administrative export procedures during her expedition to southern Cameroon in 2019.

Petr is an experienced bushman and termitologist who collected termites from Papua New Guinea over Asia and Africa to America. Therefore, there are not so many people more experienced in scientific permits agenda than Petr. Make sure you check the broad range of his collaborators on his ResearchGate profile or his work at the Google Scholar profile
